Good Phats is chef Tom Redwood's second act. While building fu:di, he kept running into the same wall: most of the oils on the market weren't good enough for the keto recipes he was developing. So in 2024 he spun out a dedicated fats brand, seed-oil-free by design, stocking olive oils, avocado oils, ghee, and tallow. Keto isn't just about cutting carbs; it's about the quality of the fats that replace them. Good Phats starts there: no seed oils anywhere, high-smoke-point avocado for heat, cold-pressed EVOO for finishing, grass-fed British ghee and tallow for animal-fat cooking. Aerosol sprays are emulsifier-free, bottles are black glass to protect from light, and the EVOOs come single-origin from Andalucía and Puglia.
