Our Spanish Light Avocado Oil Sprays are made with 100% light avocado oil. No emulsifiers, no seed oils, no water, no fillers—just exactly the same high-quality oil we use in our bottles. Perfect for lightly coating any recipe that calls for a mist of neutral oil.

Good Phats is chef Tom Redwood's second act. While building fu:di, he kept running into the same wall: most of the oils on the market weren't good enough for the keto recipes he was developing.
