Our Spanish Light Avocado Oil Sprays are made with 100% light avocado oil. No emulsifiers, no seed oils, no water, no fillers—just exactly the same high-quality oil we use in our bottles. Perfect for lightly coating any recipe that calls for a mist of neutral oil.

This PHAT has the perfect light and neutral taste to replace seed oils, and unlike most oil sprays, ours are made without emulsifiers, so you can spritz liberally without damaging your air fryer! Good Phats is chef Tom Redwood's second act. While building fu:di, he kept running into the same wall: most of the oils on the market weren't good enough for the keto recipes he was developing.
