Hunter & Gather specialise in quality avocado oils and mayonnaise made from premium Hass avocados, as well as ultra-pure MCT oils. Hunter & Gather products contain no refined sugar, grains, gluten or inflammatory seed and vegetable oils - just real, recognisable ingredients.

With Hunter & Gather, you can trust you're getting the highest quality ingredients sourced with your health as the number one priority. They aim to make choosing healthier options effortless with our line of great-tasting avocado, MCT and keto-friendly products.

Their premium avocado oils and mayonnaise lend rich flavour and nutrition without compromise. The MCT oils provide ultra-pure energy boosts. And every Hunter & Gather offering is free from the refined sugars, wheat, and seed oils found in so many daily staples.

For quality avocado, MCT and keto-friendly products you can trust, choose the premium Hunter & Gather brand. Their ingredients and integrity speak for themselves.

Amy Moring spent 25 years as a coeliac, checking the back of every packet. Her partner Jeff Webster spent his teens fighting eczema, asthma, and acne on a conventional diet. They met young, both found their way to an ancestrally-inspired, real-food way of eating, and both felt better on it. In October 2017 they launched Hunter & Gather from their kitchen in Bath with one product: the UK's first 100% avocado oil mayonnaise. Eight years in, they've sold hundreds of thousands of jars and built one of the most credible real-food brands in the UK.

Hunter & Gather works for keto because it solves the hidden-sugar, hidden-seed-oil problem that ruins most condiments. Most supermarket mayos are sunflower or rapeseed oil. Most ketchups are 25% sugar. Hunter & Gather refuses both. Every product is free from refined sugar, gluten, grains, and inflammatory seed oils, and the numbers back it up: sub-1g carbs per 100g on the mayos, 72-95% less sugar than the category leaders on the sauces.

Every brand on our site passes our in-house Keto Shop Curation Process. Our team checks ingredients, macros, and quality before anything earns a spot. Hunter & Gather passes on every axis, and frankly it's the first brand we recommend when someone's switching to keto and doesn't know where to start with the cupboard rebuild.
