Why Good Phats is Keto

Good Phats is chef Tom Redwood's second act. While building fu:di, he kept running into the same wall: most of the oils on the market weren't good enough for the keto recipes he was developing. So in 2024 he spun out a dedicated fats brand, seed-oil-free by design, stocking olive oils, avocado oils, ghee, and tallow. We offer next working day shipping for £5.99 for orders under £35. For orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day. Next day delivery orders placed after 3pm on Friday are shipped on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.
