Next day delivery (free when you spend £45)
We offer next working day shipping for £5.99 for orders under £45. For orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day. Next day delivery orders placed after 3pm on Friday are shipped on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.
Standard delivery
Our tracked standard delivery service takes 2-3 working days and costs £3.99.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 30-day UK returns. Please note perishable products such as bread and other bakery products are not eligible for returns. To initiate your return, simply contact us at info@theketoshop.co.uk, and we'll send you a return slip. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging.
