Our Classic Mayo is produced in a facility that also handles Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Fish, Milk, Sesame, Soya and Sulphites.

fu:di was founded by Tom Redwood, a professional chef, and his co-founder Ben, a former mathematics academic at Imperial College London. The origin was personal: Tom had hit 130kg and slid into pre-diabetic territory before Ben pointed him towards a low-carb keto approach. Twelve months later he'd lost 30kg and normalised his blood sugar, but missed properly flavourful food. fu:di exists to give that back.

Every product is built on three rules: reduce carbs, cut the hidden sugar, ditch the seed oils. The mayos swap standard seed oils for cleaner fats. The granolas and crispbreads replace cereal grains with nut and seed bases. Sweetness comes from plant-based sweeteners rather than sucrose or glucose syrup, so you get the foodie experience without the blood sugar spike.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 30-day UK returns. Please note perishable products such as bread and other bakery products are not eligible for returns. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging.
