Ingredients: Yellow Pepper, Spirit Vinegar, Water, Garlic, Chillies (4.5%) (Fresh Yellow Habanero and Dried Aji Amarillo), Plant Based Sweetener Blend (Erythritol, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia), Salt, Chicory Root Fibre, Linseed Fibre, Lime Juice, Concentrated Monk Fruit Infusion.

fu:di was founded by Tom Redwood, a professional chef, and his co-founder Ben, a former mathematics academic at Imperial College London. The origin was personal: Tom had hit 130kg and slid into pre-diabetic territory before Ben pointed him towards a low-carb keto approach.
