Ingredients: Almonds (77%),Coconut, Dates (8%), Sea Salt (0.7%).

Not suitable for other nut, peanut or sesame allergy sufferers. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, eat within three months. Stir before use as the oils can naturally separate.

For keto, the plain crunchy peanut butter and light tahini are the stars; near-zero carbs, 20g+ protein per 100g. The date-sweetened SKUs bring sugars up a notch but stay reasonable per serving. Harissa adds heat without the carbs.
