Ingredients: Cherry (60%), water, sweeteners (erythritol, steviol glycosides from Stevia), gelling agent (pectin), rowanberry (Sorbus aucuparia L.) extract, lemon powder, acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (calcium citrates).

Good Good started in Reykjavik in 2015, when three co-founders (Gardar Stefansson, Agnar Lemacks and Johann Kristjansson) set out to cut sugar for relatives with type 2 diabetes. They built an erythritol and stevia blend, then reinvented jams around it. It's now the fastest-growing jam brand in America, stocked in 10,000 shops across 36 countries.

The jams run on 50 to 60% real fruit sweetened with erythritol and stevia, not sugar or corn syrup. You taste fruit, not glucose.

Every brand here passes our in-house Keto Shop Curation Process. Our team checks ingredients, macros and quality before anything earns a spot. What made the cut for Good Good was the ratio: real fruit up front, keto-friendly erythritol and stevia behind.
