Gruntled is the second act of Salty Dog Brands, the Bedfordshire crisp company Dave and Judy Willis built on the back of a Jack Russell-themed van round in the early 2000s. Pork scratchings were Dave's guilty pleasure, so he set out to fix the bit that wasn't fun: the broken-jaw factor. Gruntled takes the finest pork rind, cooks it twice for a lighter bite, and seasons it with proper flavours like Cornish sea salt, English mustard, and habanero chilli.

Pork crackling is one of the few snacks that genuinely belongs on keto: high in protein, almost no carbs, no sugar, no compromise. Gruntled hits roughly 17g of protein and 0.4g of carbs per 35g bag (1.1g for the salt and vinegar). No MSG, no gluten, just pork rind and seasoning.
