Allergen Advice: for allergens see ingredients in bold.

Fatt was founded by Hannah Sutter, a former lawyer who moved into keto food development after learning how the diet could help manage type 2 diabetes and paediatric epilepsy. Originally launched as Fattbar and rebranded to Fatt in 2021, the brand is based in Edinburgh and has become a genuine UK keto pioneer. The range spans bars, bites, cookies, brownies, muffins, and blondies.

What sets Fatt apart on keto is what isn't in the bar. Zero sweeteners. No stevia, no erythritol, no sugar alcohols, no artificial anything; the gentle sweetness comes entirely from chicory root inulin, a prebiotic fibre that feeds your gut instead of spiking your blood sugar. The bars run up to 55% whole nuts, loaded with good fats, and hit as low as 1g of carbs per bar.

Every brand on our site passes our in-house Keto Shop Curation Process. Our team checks ingredients, macros, and quality before anything earns a spot. With Fatt, the no-sweetener approach was the clincher for us; they have developed a truly exceptional range of keto snacks.
