Barbecue Popped Protein Chips 36g

4g net carbs per bag

Legendary Foods have built a reputation across the US for snacks that taste real — not “diet”. Their BBQ crisps are smoky, lightly sweet and satisfyingly crunchy, while still hitting 20g protein and only 150 calories per bag. Gluten-free, keto-friendly and GLP-1 approved snacking.

Legendary Foods is a US high-protein snack brand out of Phoenix, Arizona, built on one idea: protein first, everything else second. Most "protein snacks" chase sweetness and use protein as a marketing line; Legendary does the opposite. Every product starts with 20g of protein per serving without the usual sacrifices on texture or flavour.

Legendary Foods works on keto because every product lands in the 3-5g net carbs range while delivering 20g of protein. The popped protein chips pull off savoury crunch at 150 calories a bag. The doughnuts, once warmed for ten seconds in the microwave, taste like a bakery fresh bake. Satiety, steady blood sugar, protein-led recovery, and a snack that feels nothing like a sacrifice.

Every brand on our site passes our in-house Keto Shop Curation Process. Our team checks ingredients, macros, and quality before anything earns a spot. Legendary Foods earns its shelf because it's genuinely different: proper savoury snacks and proper sweet treats, both clocking in at 20g of protein per serve.
