Each pack contains 340g of bread mix and 16g yeast - just add 124g egg (2 large) and 240g water to make 1x large loaf or 2 x small loaves.

Lightly grease your bread machine pan, add all ingredients and then follow your bread machine settings instructions.

LoCHO is the low-carb range from Haighs Bakery in Guiseley, Yorkshire, a family-run bakery trading since 1945. Up to 88% fewer carbs than a standard seeded loaf, but still the soft, supple texture you'd recognise. Every product is baked fresh in Yorkshire.
