Keto Red Velvet Cake Mug Mix 50g

Want a rich red velvet cake without the carbs? Try our keto red velvet mug cake mix for instant indulgence.

This keto red velvet mug cake mix delivers everything you love about red velvet cake—smooth cocoa notes, velvety texture, and a hint of sweetness—without the sugar. With just 2g net carbs per serving, it’s the perfect low carb dessert for your keto lifestyle.

Now with our new and improved recipe, it’s even more satisfying, rich, and indulgent!

Groovy Keto started in 2020 in Shropshire when Martin and Beci went keto and hit the same wall everyone does: half the "keto" products on the market were full of maltitol, hidden carbs, and ingredients that didn't belong anywhere near the word. So they made their own. Five years on, they ship baking mixes, sweeteners, porridges, bars, mug cakes, and raw ingredients out of a Shropshire warehouse, with award nominations along the way.

The rule at Groovy Keto is simple: no maltitol, no artificial sweeteners, no hidden carbs. Sweetness comes from erythritol, stevia, and more recently monk fruit. Flour bases are almond and coconut, sometimes backed up by bamboo and oat fibre for texture. Most baking mixes hit 1.5 to 2.5g net carbs per serving, and every label reads plainly.

Every brand on our site passes our in-house Keto Shop Curation Process. Our team checks ingredients, macros, and quality before anything earns a spot. What makes Groovy Keto click for us is the range shape: it reads like a working keto kitchen, raw ingredients through to mug cakes, all made by a family who eat them.

At The Keto Shop, we prioritise secure, fast shipping. We ship exclusively with Royal Mail tracked services.
