Keto Munch is a small-batch chocolatier operating out of Melton Mowbray, handcrafting what it claims is the UK's first proper "cream" keto chocolate. The innovation is small but it matters: instead of blending cocoa with milk powder (which adds lactose and carbs), Keto Munch uses heavy cream powder, which gives the bars a luxurious melt-in-mouth texture and drops the carbs at the same time. The cocoa itself is single-origin Peruvian and Colombian, worked slowly in small batches.

Keto Munch works because the whole range is genuinely indulgent. Every bar sits around 1-1.5g net carbs per 30g serving, sweetened only with erythritol. No refined sugar, no lactose issue, no compromise on the mouthfeel. It's the rare low-carb chocolate that doesn't betray itself the moment it hits your palate.

Every brand on our site passes our in-house Keto Shop Curation Process. Our team checks ingredients, macros, and quality before anything earns a spot. Keto Munch earns its shelf because it solves a real problem: most keto chocolate is either chalky, waxy, or weirdly sweet. These bars taste like proper chocolate.
