Zack started The Keto Shop in 2023 after getting tired of hunting for low-carb products across a dozen different websites. The UK keto shelf was patchy; and it seemed all the best brands were really difficult to find.
So we pulled it all into one place. Fast delivery, a curated range of the best keto brands on earth, and increasingly, our very own keto products.
The own-label line covers zero carb rice, noodles, keto sandwich thins, biscuits and a lot more coming soon; filling the gaps where great keto brands don't yet exist, and improving on what does.

We offer next working day shipping for £5.99 for orders under £35. For orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, we will ship it the same day to ensure you receive your order the next working day. Next day delivery orders placed after 3pm on Friday are shipped on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we provide free 30-day UK returns. Please note perishable products such as bread and other bakery products are not eligible for returns. The item you return must be sent in the same condition as received and inside the original packaging.
