Groovy Keto started in 2020 in Shropshire when Martin and Beci went keto and hit the same wall everyone does: half the "keto" products on the market were full of maltitol, hidden carbs, and ingredients that didn't belong anywhere near the word. So they made their own. Five years on, they ship baking mixes, sweeteners, porridges, bars, mug cakes, and raw ingredients out of a Shropshire warehouse, with award nominations along the way.

The rule at Groovy Keto is simple: no maltitol, no artificial sweeteners, no hidden carbs. Sweetness comes from erythritol, stevia, and more recently monk fruit. Flour bases are almond and coconut, sometimes backed up by bamboo and oat fibre for texture. Most baking mixes hit 1.5 to 2.5g net carbs per serving, and every label reads plainly.
