Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Cooking is made from Picual olives harvested late in the 24/25 season in Jaen, Spain. The result? A super-fresh EVOO that's packed with polyphenols and doesn't break the bank. No blending, no chemicals - just great olive oil made the traditional way. Perfect for every day cooking, from fried eggs to roast veg.

Why Glug is Keto

Olive oil should come with a harvest date on the bottle, like wine. That's the thesis Katia and Tom built Glug on in 2023, fed up with the stale, blended supermarket oil that gets sold as "Italian" quality. Katia grew up in a Lebanese household where good EVOO was an everyday staple, not a luxury; their search for the real thing took them to Jaén in Andalusia, and to a single family-owned estate growing Picual olives.

Extra virgin olive oil is already one of the cleanest fats on keto: zero carbs, almost entirely monounsaturated, high in polyphenols. Picual in particular carries exceptional oleic acid and antioxidant content. Glug's oils are cold-extracted below 27°C within hours of harvest, with the harvest date printed on the bottle; none of the polyphenols are cooked out on the way to you.
