Cheese & Onion Crunchy Puffed Cheese Bites 20g

Low Carb, High Protein, Gluten-free

Made from 100% Irish Cheese, the keto-friendly, low sugar, high protein Cheese O's Puffed Bites are a savoury sensation, offering intense flavours and a moreish none-more-cheesy snacking experience.

Cheese O's is an Irish snacking brand based in County Cork, the heart of Ireland's dairy country. Built around one uncompromising idea: take premium Irish cheddar, vacuum-cook it until it puffs into a crunchy bite, and let the cheese do the talking. No nasties, no compromise. The range includes Cheddar, Cheese & Onion, Salt & Vinegar, and Pickled Onion.

Every 20g bag delivers 8g of protein, fewer than 90 calories, and virtually zero carbs. That's 40% protein by weight from a single real ingredient, exactly the macro profile keto calls for, packed into a grab-bag that satisfies the savoury-crunch craving without breaking ketosis.

Every brand on our site passes our in-house Keto Shop Curation Process. Our team checks ingredients, macros, and quality before anything earns a spot. Cheese O's stood out for us as proof that a proper keto snack can be this simple: just good cheese, done brilliantly.
