Similar to real noodles

"The texture is a bit slippery and slimy, but not as bad as the rice. Heat them in a pan and drain them really well or they tend to leak water and you end up with a pool of liquid in the bottom of your bowl diluting whatever sauce you’ve made. All in all, not bad, need plenty of seasoning or they are tasteless, and are similar to thick rice noodles"

A good alternative to ‘

"A good alternative to ‘ normal ‘ noodles ‘ for type2 diabetics like myself not on medication . The noodles are quick and easy to prepare and very versatile just by heating up in a frying pan with anything else you like"

Jeremy B. (4/5)

Would prefer the liquid packs

"Would prefer the liquid packs to be sealed in two smaller packs so as not to have to consume in two days. Normal portions of rice or pasta are 75g."

Michael G. (5/5)

Really handy to have, and

"Really handy to have, and great no carbs. I noticed a strange smell when rinsing that I couldn’t place. However this can be camouflaged with whatever you are eating the noodles with, so not a problem really I’m pleased to have something I can eat with zero carbs."

Great for managing diabetes

"Being diabetic and these noodles help me keep my blood sugars stable with meals. Super grateful to have found these, they make dinner so much easier and I do not feel I am missing out."
