Brown Erythritol & Stevia Blend 1kg

Groovy Keto Brown Erythritol is the perfect sugar-free alternative to brown sugar. With its soft texture, natural golden colour and rich, caramel flavour, it’s ideal for baking cookies, brownies, sauces and more — all without the sugar, carbs or calories.

This sweetener is made from non-GMO erythritol with a touch of high-purity stevia, giving it the same depth of flavour as brown sugar but none of the blood sugar spikes. It’s a great option for anyone following a keto, low-carb, or diabetic-friendly lifestyle.

✔ Zero Calories | ✔ Sugar-Free | ✔ Low Carb | ✔ Keto Friendly

What makes brown erythritol a great sugar replacement?

• Caramel-like flavour: Adds depth to baked goods, sauces, and syrups.
• Low glycaemic impact: No sugar highs or crashes — perfect for blood sugar control.
• 1:1 brown sugar replacement: Use it just like traditional sugar in your favourite recipes.
• Soft and scoopable texture: Looks, feels and bakes like brown sugar.
• Versatile: Great for cookies, flapjacks, crumbles, and more.

How to bake with this sweetener

Use Groovy Keto brown erythritol as a direct replacement for brown sugar. For example, try it in gooey chocolate chip cookies, sticky sauces, BBQ glazes, or low-carb banana bread. It also works beautifully in coffee and mug cakes. Best of all, you get the flavour and texture of real sugar — without the carbs or calories.

Groovy Keto started in 2020 in Shropshire when Martin and Beci went keto and hit the same wall everyone does: half the "keto" products on the market were full of maltitol, hidden carbs, and ingredients that didn't belong anywhere near the word. So they made their own. Five years on, they ship baking mixes, sweeteners, porridges, bars, mug cakes, and raw ingredients out of a Shropshire warehouse, with award nominations along the way.

The rule at Groovy Keto is simple: no maltitol, no artificial sweeteners, no hidden carbs. Sweetness comes from erythritol, stevia, and more recently monk fruit. Flour bases are almond and coconut, sometimes backed up by bamboo and oat fibre for texture. Most baking mixes hit 1.5 to 2.5g net carbs per serving, and every label reads plainly.

Every brand on our site passes our in-house Keto Shop Curation Process. Our team checks ingredients, macros, and quality before anything earns a spot. What makes Groovy Keto click for us is the range shape: it reads like a working keto kitchen, raw ingredients through to mug cakes, all made by a family who eat them.
