Ingredients: 250g of beef used for every 100g biltong, sugar, salt, spirit vinegar, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium nitrate) nutmeg, clove, cayenne chilli and chill.
